• A letter of employment or offer letter on company letterhead

• 3 recent pay stubs and bank statements

• Landlord reference letter

• 1 year tax returns 

• Copy of Credit Report less than 30 days old at the time of application. 
• If you’re a student: 3 documents that prove your student status

Guarantors need the same documents as applicants
